DiAVC是一款h264视频解码器，速度比coreavc 2.0还要快

目前加入了Intel SSSE3指令集的支持，同时也从alpha版提升到beta版

安装说明：
1. Download the DiAVC_alpha.zip
2. Unzip the DiAVC_alpha.zip to a folder
3. Run the DiAVCSetting.exe, set the DiAVC as default H.264 decoder
4. Enjoy your H.264 video
